Nine Caldwell Cassady & Curry Attorneys Earn Texas Legal Honors

Nine lawyers from the Dallas-based firm Caldwell Cassady & Curry secured spots in the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers and Rising Stars rankings. The selection follows a string of high-profile litigation victories, including a nine-figure patent infringement verdict against Samsung Electronics that stands as one of the largest awards of 2025.

Founding partners Brad Caldwell, Jason Cassady, and Austin Curry appear in the Super Lawyers publication, reflecting their leadership in recent district and appellate court successes. Meanwhile, the Rising Stars list features Bailey Blaies, Adrienne Dellinger, Seth Reich, Chris Stewart, John Summers, and Xu Zhou, a cohort representing less than 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys in the state.

The firm’s recent track record includes a successful defense of a multimillion-dollar patent verdict, a significant judgment against X Corp., and a whistleblower settlement for a healthcare administrator. Beyond the Texas rankings, the firm’s trial team received national attention, earning recognition from Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. Brad Caldwell was specifically honored as Patent Litigator of the Year for the South region during the Managing IP Awards in New York, while the firm secured the Impact Case of the Year title for its work against Samsung.
