4Humanity Launches AI-Driven Portal to Map U.S. Nonprofit Impact

The problem isn't that good things aren't happening; it's that we rarely see them, says 4Humanity founder Glenn Court. To bridge this visibility gap, the Boston-based organization has introduced the National Positivity Portal, an AI-powered platform designed to aggregate and organize stories of civic service from across the country.

The platform functions as a searchable archive, continuously scanning public information to identify, categorize, and showcase the work of nonprofits, foundations, and civic groups. By leveraging artificial intelligence to process data at an unsustainable scale for human teams, the tool allows users to filter impact stories by location, cause, or mission. Visitors can track daily updates on community-focused initiatives ranging from youth support to local hunger relief.

Beyond mere aggregation, the portal serves as a central hub for engagement, offering pathways for citizens to volunteer, donate, or learn about the organizations driving these efforts. Nonprofits are currently being invited to opt into the system, effectively linking their individual operations to a broader, national pattern of civic virtue. Rather than relying on algorithms that prioritize division, 4Humanity aims to use the technology to cultivate trust in human potential by making acts of compassion and service more visible to the public.
