Investors Face Deadline in AST SpaceMobile Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased AST SpaceMobile securities between March 4, 2025, and July 15, 2026, have until November 13, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a federal class action. The lawsuit, filed in the Western District of Texas, alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its capital requirements and competitive standing.

The complaint, Hunter v. AST SpaceMobile, Inc., claims that top executives at the company violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by concealing the true scale of their debt load and the potential for share dilution. Plaintiffs argue that management overstated the company's liquidity and failed to disclose sluggish user adoption rates in Japan and the United States. These omissions allegedly persisted even after the EchoStar Transaction, which introduced significant competition from SpaceX’s direct-to-cellular service.

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP is representing the class. Interested parties with substantial losses may contact attorneys Ken Dolitsky or Michael Albert to participate in the litigation process. While the lead plaintiff acts as the primary representative for the class, individual investors do not need to serve in this role to be eligible for potential future recoveries.
