Chairman and CEO Jaymes Winters led the activity by purchasing 984 shares at $7.11, raising his total stake to 4,709 shares. CFO Vlad Prantsevich followed with an acquisition of 1,030 shares at $7.13, bringing his holdings to 3,455 shares. Board member Karin-Joyce Tjon made the largest individual move, adding 5,000 shares to her portfolio at a price of $7.20, which pushes her total ownership to 17,853 shares.

These transactions come as Solidion continues to develop its portfolio of over 385 patents, which includes graphene-enabled silicon anodes and lithium-metal technologies. The company, which maintains pilot production facilities in Dayton, Ohio, is currently targeting growth in the energy storage sector, specifically through uninterruptible power supply systems designed for AI data centers and next-generation battery components for the transportation industry.
