The expansion targets regions spanning the Piedmont Triad, the Charlotte suburbs, and Western and Eastern North Carolina. Each site was selected based on proximity to acute care centers and the density of local aging populations. According to CEO Jake Socha, the company intends to build a leading rehabilitation network in the state by leveraging its two decades of clinical experience.

Designed with a hospitality-focused model, the hospitals will feature private suites and residential-style amenities alongside advanced clinical infrastructure, including therapy gyms and in-house dialysis suites. Chief Strategy Officer Robin Saxon noted that these locations were chosen only after the firm finalized site control, allowing the project to move directly into the construction pipeline. While these six facilities form the initial phase of the expansion, the company is already evaluating additional markets for future development.
