The committee is chaired by Fredrik Lundberg of AB Industrivärden. Joining him are Oscar Bergman from Swedbank Robur Funds, Lars Pettersson representing Lundbergs, and Frank Larsson from Handelsbanken Funds. Johan Molin, Sandvik’s Chairman of the Board, serves as the convenor.

These members are responsible for drafting proposals for the upcoming assembly, including the election of board members, the appointment of auditors, and setting remuneration levels. Shareholders intending to submit proposals for consideration must direct their input to committee secretary Johanna Kreft by January 18, 2027.
