Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor has officially opened a relocated and expanded office at 121 West Trade Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm’s Charlotte operations are led by partner Felton E. Parrish, a recognized authority in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and financial distress litigation. Parrish, who has held consistent rankings in The Best Lawyers in America since 2018, recently earned recognition as a North Carolina Super Lawyer and Legal Elite in business bankruptcy. His leadership remains central to the firm's strategy of integrating regional expertise with the broader resources of their Wilmington and New York offices.

Robert S. Brady, chair and partner of the firm, described the expansion as a core component of the practice’s growth trajectory. By scaling the Charlotte footprint, the firm aims to strengthen its ties to the local business community while maintaining the standards of the Delaware-based practice. This expansion follows a period of sustained demand for specialized legal counsel across the firm's core practice areas.
