Data shows a clear split in user priorities: 42% of employees label mobile access as extremely important, while 26% consider it very important. This shift reflects a broader expectation for transparency and control over personal finances in the digital age.

Moin Uddin, president of Corpay Prepaid, noted that employees are bridging the gap between everyday financial services and their workplace compensation. By digitizing these interactions, payroll teams can reduce friction and provide the instant visibility today’s workforce demands. The full results of the study, which engaged more than 11,000 participants nationwide, are scheduled for release later this year.
