Fender’s methodology centers on UX and AI transformation, covering workflow architecture, automation, and neuro-affirming business design. Her practice aims to resolve operational bottlenecks for founders, shifting repetitive tasks to AI-driven systems to prioritize high-value, purposeful work. This approach draws heavily from her background in public service, including roles in Hartford’s Mayor’s Office and state-level grants administration, where she observed how organizational structures impact the individuals they serve.

Following a transition into research and design—bolstered by a certification from Bentley University—Fender spent time at Slalom Consulting advising Fortune 500 companies. Today, she uses that experience to help independent business owners build sustainable, scalable models. A graduate of Williams College, she remains active in community initiatives like Black Girls Achieve and continues to advocate for technologies that enhance, rather than complicate, the human experience.
