Investors Target Datavault AI Over Alleged Securities Fraud

A federal class action lawsuit now challenges Datavault AI Inc. for allegedly disseminating misleading information to shareholders between September 2024 and October 2025. The litigation, spearheaded by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, centers on claims that the company inflated the value of its corporate partnerships and obscured critical operational data.

The complaint alleges that Datavault misled the market regarding the actual volume of trading activity on its platform and misrepresented the efficacy of its AI technology in collaborations with firms such as Nature's Miracle. Investor confidence further eroded following revelations of the company’s ties to a convicted felon, events which reportedly caused significant financial damage once disclosed to the public.

Shareholders who incurred losses during the specified period have until October 5, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. While the class has not yet been certified, attorneys Brian Schall and David Schwartz are inviting affected investors to review their legal standing. Participation in the litigation does not mandate a formal lead plaintiff role, and those who remain passive will continue to be classified as absent class members.
