The Covenant functions as a national commitment to acknowledge the unique contributions of those who have served in the military. Under this new policy, Quest Global will prioritize job opportunities for service leavers and extend flexibility to employees currently serving as reservists. The firm also aims to provide specific assistance to military spouses and partners, addressing the common challenges faced by service families regarding career stability.

Chris Reed, Operations Manager and Armed Forces Champion at the company, noted that the move capitalizes on the specialized skills and perspectives military personnel bring to engineering projects. Beyond hiring initiatives, the company plans to launch internal programs to increase awareness of the Armed Forces community, aiming to build a more inclusive environment for staff connected to military service.
