Stellus Capital Backs Bernhard Capital’s Acquisition of Revenew

Stellus Capital Management has finalized a senior debt and equity co-investment package to support Bernhard Capital Partners’ acquisition of Houston-based Revenew International. The deal secures capital for the consulting firm, which specializes in contract compliance and profit recovery services across energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Revenew International operates a technology-driven platform designed to identify financial leakage and improve operational performance for asset-intensive industries. By leveraging proprietary data tools, the company manages supplier payment reviews and tax recovery programs for a broad corporate client base.

Bernhard Capital Partners intends to use this injection of flexible financing to accelerate the firm’s growth trajectory and execute its long-term investment strategy. Jonathan Parnell, managing director at Bernhard, noted the importance of the tailored financial structure in supporting their objectives. Gavin Roseman, a partner at Stellus, cited the company’s market positioning and prevailing industry tailwinds as primary drivers for the partnership.
