Tony Blodgett, executive vice president of national retail sales for the West, noted that Chevalier’s deep local market knowledge provides the leadership balance necessary to scale the company’s regional footprint.

Reflecting on her transition, Chevalier emphasized a culture-first approach to management. She intends to prioritize an environment centered on shared opportunities and professional growth rather than pure volume. The company currently maintains a servicing portfolio valued at $73 billion, and Chevalier plans to leverage this financial scale alongside an entrepreneurial strategy to compete more aggressively in the region.
