In Houston and the San Francisco Bay Area, volunteers engaged in diverse service projects, including park cleanups, meal preparation, mental health workshops, and tree planting. The Sewa LEAD youth program played a central role, presenting handmade cards and roses to attending veterans and first responders. By combining solemn remembrance with active community engagement, the organization sought to shift the focus from past tragedy toward a collective commitment to a more unified future.
