Atlanta-based Clarion Communications is expanding its cloud-based service portfolio through its subsidiary IPitomy, which recently introduced Resolvix. The Resolvix toolkit offers round-the-clock availability for live chat and voice inquiries, including multilingual capabilities and automated scheduling. According to IPitomy CEO Joseph Haines, Sr., the goal is to provide practical AI integration that enhances productivity without creating unnecessary technical overhead for the end user.

Beyond product development, Clarion is signaling a continued shift toward inorganic growth. President and CEO Vincent M. Oddo confirmed that the company is actively seeking tuck-in acquisitions within the fragmented UCaaS and managed services market. Clarion has completed over 30 acquisitions during the past two decades and intends to leverage current network economic shifts to absorb smaller operators into its platform.
