This launch follows Keystone’s recent acquisition of Southern Development Homes. The company intends to consolidate that brand under the Keystone umbrella, with plans to open new model homes and a design studio in Charlottesville early next year. Keystone operates across five states, with founder Jeff Rutt directing the majority of the firm’s ownership toward charitable micro-loan initiatives through HOPE International.
