Shareholders of Albuquerque-based TXNM Energy will receive a quarterly dividend of $0.4225 per share this November. The company, which provides utility services to over 800,000 customers across New Mexico and Texas, confirmed the payout following a board of directors meeting held on September 22.
The dividend payment is scheduled for November 13, 2026. To qualify for the distribution, investors must be listed as shareholders of record by the close of business on October 23, 2026.
TXNM Energy operates through its regulated utility subsidiaries, PNM and TNMP. The company remains a significant provider of power infrastructure in the Southwest, maintaining its headquarters in Albuquerque.
