Before her tenure at Sidley Austin, she served as a legal director at a global investment group, providing her with an internal perspective on infrastructure investment strategies that complements her transactional work.

She will report to and collaborate with Shashank Krishna, the head of the London energy practice. The team intends to leverage her background in cross-border deals, which includes recent representations of private equity funds in the acquisition of container terminals, mining business investments, and the development of lease aggregation platforms for telecommunications infrastructure. Richard A. Rosenbaum, executive chairman of Greenberg Traurig, noted that her appointment is a calculated move to deepen the firm’s capabilities in high-growth, capital-intensive markets.
