Ping An Good Doctor is now attempting to close this divide by integrating its proprietary AI models with on-the-ground service networks for fitness coaching and cross-border medical navigation.

The healthcare industry is shifting from isolated diagnostic tools toward integrated systems that link clinical workflows with patient-facing technology. According to the 2026 Blue Book from Frost & Sullivan, the real value in medical AI now lies in redesigning end-to-end care rather than achieving marginal efficiency gains. Ping An Good Doctor is executing this strategy through two new platforms designed to bridge the distance between virtual guidance and real-world outcomes.

For home-based rehabilitation, the company launched Ping An Smart Private Coach. The service tracks 34 body points to provide real-time feedback on movement, covering areas from postpartum recovery to traditional Baduanjin exercises. This initiative arrives as the global AI personal trainer market is forecast to surge from $16.9 billion in 2025 to $65.7 billion by 2033. Beyond fitness, the company is addressing international care hurdles with Ping An GlobalCare. Piloted in Shenzhen, the platform assists foreign nationals by combining AI-powered medical translation in 19 languages with human case coordination for hospital registration and diagnostic support. In one instance, the system guided a patient through acute care in under three hours.

These tools rely on the company's proprietary Ping An Medical Master model, which now supports an AI-physician collaboration mechanism covering 100% of Ping An Group’s retail customers. By treating AI as a trigger for physical service rather than a standalone endpoint, the firm aims to create a continuous care pathway spanning home, hospital, and corporate environments.
