The deal marks a significant expansion for the decade-old brand, which was established by brothers Nate and Ben Checketts in 2014. According to Matthew Wallace, Rhone's chief operating officer, the move is designed to support the company’s focus on talent retention by providing a workplace environment that mirrors its brand ethos. The transition was facilitated by Christian Bangert of Newmark, who represented the tenant.

Building owner RFR is currently finishing a comprehensive renovation of the 300,000-square-foot property. The modernization includes a new boutique café managed by Dartcor Hospitality and an extensive fitness facility developed with Core Health & Fitness. These upgrades, alongside new conference suites and landscaped outdoor areas, are part of a broader push to attract corporate tenants to the urban-suburban transit hub. Other recent occupants at the site include Bank Street Group, InCommodities US, and the law firm Kelley Drye & Warren.
