New permanent additions include Beef Birria, Al Pastor, Baja, Crispy Fish, and Carne Asada street tacos. The culinary team is also introducing the Ribeye Taco and Pollo Yucateco, while bringing back the Mushroom Quesadilla to satisfy long-time patrons.
