Pedersen enters the role with a deep background in shipping and offshore support services, most recently serving as Chief Technical Officer at Frontline Management AS. His career includes senior leadership tenures at BW Group, A.P. Moller–Maersk, and Höegh. Beyond his executive duties, Pedersen manages board positions at Northern Ocean, Archer, and Arundo Analytics, offering expertise in fleet operations, digital transformation, and large-scale shipbuilding projects across East Asia.
