The new Xchange Billing Services allows agencies to convert eligible policies to direct bill, even when underlying markets lack native support. The system manages premium installments and collection, while automatically remitting commissions back to the member agency. This integration operates within the existing Xchange submission portal, keeping the workflow centralized for users.

SIAA Xchange CEO Hunter Moss noted that the partnership seeks to eliminate friction across the policy lifecycle, while Input 1 CEO Todd Greenbaum highlighted the platform's secure, deep integration as a tool to replace manual collection processes. The service went live on July 20, 2026, utilizing API connectivity and single sign-on to link the two companies' infrastructures. The platform currently supports SIAA Xchange’s network of over 5,000 independent agents across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
