The integration combines IntegralRx’s personalized service model with the broader infrastructure of IPC. Marc Essensa, president and CEO of IPC, stated the acquisition focuses on maintaining the established trust and value IntegralRx provided its clients while offering them access to a wider catalog of brand medications and advanced pharmacy solutions.

IntegralRx director Yvonne Dominguez noted that the transition will prioritize continuity, as the cooperative has retained key personnel from the acquired firm to ensure stability for existing customers. Beyond the immediate shift in ownership, the deal serves as a strategic investment in the long-term viability of small-scale pharmacy owners who face an increasingly complex healthcare environment. Pharmacy owners will retain their existing support channels while gaining entry to IPC’s national network of business development resources and advocacy tools.
