Designed by the teams behind Soho House and Glossier, the pods offer sound-controlled environments equipped with sit-stand desks, high-speed connectivity, and ergonomic seating. The business model relies on a revenue-sharing agreement with hotel partners like Hilton and Fairmont, allowing properties to monetize underutilized square footage without incurring capital expenses. According to CEO Helen Knight, the priority remains providing consistent, distraction-free space for both business travelers and local professionals. With over half of guests returning for repeat sessions, the company is positioning its hospitality-grade infrastructure as a permanent alternative to working from cars or public lobbies.
