The outlook arrives via a survey of 47 wholesale growers, who collectively supply up to two-thirds of the domestic market. This commitment to price stability marks an increase in confidence compared to 2025, when 84% of growers opted to hold their rates steady. Marsha Gray, executive director of the Real Christmas Tree Board, noted that the industry is prioritizing market consistency to support long-standing family traditions.
Supply levels remain robust, with 85% of producers characterizing their current inventory as strong or very strong. Retail accessibility is also expected to mirror last year’s performance, with trees appearing at local choose-and-cut farms, garden centers, and home improvement stores nationwide. With 79% of growers anticipating steady or increased sales volume, the industry aims to meet demand without the volatility often associated with other seasonal goods.
