IM Cannabis Reclaims Nasdaq Listing Status

After a volatile period of market uncertainty, IM Cannabis Corp. has officially satisfied the Nasdaq minimum bid price requirement. The company received formal notification on September 23, 2026, confirming that its ordinary shares successfully maintained the mandatory $1.00 threshold for 18 consecutive business days, effectively resolving the prior deficiency.

The Nasdaq staff confirmed the restoration of compliance following a steady performance window between August 27 and September 22, 2026. This recovery marks a stabilization point for the firm, which manages medical cannabis distribution and retail operations across Israel and Germany.

Looking ahead, the company is navigating a strategic pivot. While IM Cannabis intends to maintain its core operations within the Israeli market, it is currently finalizing the divestiture of its German subsidiary, Adjupharm GmbH, following transactions announced in mid-August. By closing the bid price deficiency file, leadership aims to refocus on its proprietary patient data platforms and domestic supply chain infrastructure.
