CEO Charlie Giancarlo described the company as being at an inflection point, shifting from traditional data storage toward enterprise-wide data management. This transition relies on four strategic vectors: core AI infrastructure, modern data software, scale AI solutions, and specialized hardware for hyperscalers. To sustain this momentum, Everpure has consistently invested roughly 19% of its annual revenue into research and development over the past five years, a strategy credited with eight consecutive quarters of accelerating revenue growth.
Financially, the company is positioning itself for a period of high-performance expansion. CFO Tarek Robbiati noted that the firm is resetting its profile toward higher profitability, consistently exceeding the industry's "Rule of 40" benchmark. Everpure reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $5.03 billion to $5.07 billion, while providing a preliminary 2028 outlook that projects revenue climbing between $7.0 billion and $7.3 billion. This growth strategy is supported by a disciplined capital framework that balances organic investment with strategic acquisitions and share buybacks.
