This collaboration aims to embody the concept of haruka, or eternity, reflecting the durability inherent in the MR-G series since its 1996 debut.

Casio engineered the bezel and bracelet using advanced materials, specifically COBARION and DAT55G alloys, to balance aesthetic refinement with high-impact resilience. The octagonal bezel consists of 27 individual components, each polished before assembly. To achieve the shifting iridescent hues on the metal surfaces, the manufacturer employed an ultrashort-pulse laser, a process that mimics the natural structural color found in minerals and butterfly wings.
