This project follows the company's second annual Youth Report, which synthesized research from over 6,000 respondents to map shifting generational values.
CEO Brieane Olson emphasized that the initiative is an extension of the brand's focus on co-creation, noting that meaningful cultural influence today relies on direct collaboration with the next generation. The honorees will be formally recognized on September 24 at the company’s Purpose Summit in Malibu, an event designed to foster dialogue between young activists and established leaders. Beyond high-profile names, the list includes independent designers and community organizers, such as Langston Howard and Marley Dias, reflecting a strategy that prioritizes impact over traditional celebrity metrics.
