TORM Expands Share Capital Following RSU Incentive Program Exercise

TORM plc has expanded its share capital by 97,089 Class A shares to satisfy obligations from its restricted share unit incentive program. The issuance represents a nominal increase of 970.89 USD, with the new equity expected to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen following the settlement of the exercised units.

The capital increase was executed through the subscription of 95,700 shares at a price of 179.80 DKK and 1,389 shares at 124.20 DKK. These new instruments are categorized as ordinary shares, carrying standard voting rights and entitlement to future dividends. The company confirmed that existing shareholders were not granted pre-emption rights for this issuance.

Following this transaction, the total share capital of the Denmark-based tanker operator stands at 1,026,507.77 USD, divided into 102,650,777 Class A shares. The firm, which maintains listings in both Copenhagen and New York, continues to focus on its global fleet of refined oil product carriers.
