Each appointee brings significant experience from previous roles at firms including SMX, SAIC, and Guidehouse to support this shift.

Moore joins from SMX with a background in cloud and defense markets. Merriam transitions from SAIC following a 20-year military career as an intelligence officer, while Gibson brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise transformation from her tenure at PwC and Guidehouse. Michael Lustbader, managing partner at Arlington Capital Partners, noted that the structural changes are designed to capitalize on the company's momentum in quantum computing and related technologies. Quantum Sky, formerly known as Tyto Athene, currently operates out of Reston, Virginia, with a focus on delivering AI-enabled and quantum-ready infrastructure for government agencies.
