Under the leadership of Senior Principal Himanshu Singhi, the local team is set to contribute directly to the firm’s global AI Centre of Excellence. This facility combines technical audits, source code analysis, and economic modeling to help clients manage the legal and strategic hurdles posed by rapid AI disruption.

Keystone’s move into India centers on its proprietary "triad" model, which pairs economists and management scientists with technologists and data engineers. This interdisciplinary approach is designed to provide more than traditional consulting, offering deep-dive technical evaluations for firms like Microsoft, Meta, and Goldman Sachs. By establishing a permanent base in India, the firm intends to leverage the region's concentration of engineering talent to support domestic and global clients in understanding the architecture of digital platforms and the governance of emerging technologies.
