Imperial London Hotels Completes Portfolio-Wide PMS Migration

The Royal National Hotel, a 1,379-room landmark in Western Europe, has officially transitioned to the Stayntouch cloud platform. This milestone marks the conclusion of a phased, seven-property migration for Imperial London Hotels, aimed at modernizing operations across the historic Bloomsbury estate while streamlining guest services at an unprecedented scale.

The rollout encompassed a diverse portfolio including the Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, and The Imperial. By moving these properties onto a unified cloud-native system, the hospitality group successfully integrated complex workflows such as automated invoicing, financial reporting, and digital registration. These improvements allow guests to handle pre-arrival details and check-in procedures independently, significantly reducing front desk congestion.

Neil Braude, COO of Imperial London Hotels, noted that the transition required precise coordination, particularly given the scale of the Royal National Hotel. He highlighted the partnership with Stayntouch as a deciding factor, citing the vendor's responsiveness to specific integration needs as the primary driver for maintaining momentum throughout the multi-stage deployment. For Stayntouch, the project represents its largest EMEA implementation to date, reinforcing the utility of its mobile-first architecture for high-volume, multi-property environments.
