ARS Pharmaceuticals Faces Securities Class Action Over Neffy Delays

Investors who purchased ARS Pharmaceuticals stock between March 9 and June 24, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. The filing alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding the timeline for critical CVS Caremark formulary approvals for its product, neffy, during that period.

The complaint, overseen by the DJS Law Group, asserts that ARS Pharmaceuticals violated the Securities Exchange Act by issuing false and misleading statements. According to the litigation, executives were aware that the commercialization schedule for neffy faced significant hurdles due to coverage approval delays but failed to disclose these challenges to the market. Shareholders have until October 5, 2026, to contact the firm regarding potential lead plaintiff appointments in the case.

David J. Schwartz of the DJS Law Group is spearheading the effort to recover losses for affected investors. While the firm represents major hedge funds and asset managers, this action specifically targets those who sustained financial damage during the identified class period. Participation in the lawsuit does not mandate a lead plaintiff role, and investors can contact the firm directly to discuss their legal standing and recovery options.
