The submission follows months of collaboration between the Vancouver-based company and participating Indigenous Nations. President and CEO Ewan Webster noted that feedback gathered during the summer helped refine the document, which now serves as the foundation for the provincial review. The project, located in north-central British Columbia, is currently operating under a substituted impact assessment process where the provincial office leads the review on behalf of federal authorities under the "One project, one review" mandate.
Since initiating the environmental assessment in December 2025, the company has worked to align its development plans with the Environmental Assessment Act. As the project moves toward feasibility and permitting, the focus remains on the site's high-quality gold and silver resources, which the company views as a primary driver for long-term value in the region.
