For Avesi Partners, which manages over $2.2 billion in assets, the deal aligns with its strategy of investing in lower-middle market healthcare services. Managing Director Pete Tedesco noted that the firm intends to leverage its industry expertise to reduce administrative burdens for hospital systems while scaling New Age’s footprint.
