The pop-up experiences will feature dedicated margarita bars and Halloween-themed décor, operating every Friday and Saturday across five major markets. The recipe remains unchanged from its original iteration, relying on a simple blend of premium tequila, triple sec, citrus juice, agave nectar, and a fresh lime wedge. According to Stephanie Perdue, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing, the decision to revive the drink serves as a direct response to persistent customer demand.
The tour begins in the brand’s founding city of Denver on October 2, followed by stops in Brooklyn, Dallas, and Los Angeles. The final event is scheduled for October 30 and 31 in New Orleans. While the standard recipe will be served at each stop, the Dallas location will also offer a frozen variant to honor the city's history as the birthplace of the frozen margarita machine. These events act as a precursor to the company's broader Boorito festivities, which will culminate in a separate in-restaurant entrée promotion on Halloween.
