The newly appointed advisors—Allen Proithis, Dr. Manfred Boudreaux-Dehmer, Roberto Ferri, and Russell Best—bring decades of high-level expertise to the Boca Raton-based company. Their backgrounds span NATO-level cybersecurity, Royal Navy defense strategy, and large-scale industrial automation. CEO Paolo Dal Pino stated that these additions are designed to help the board navigate the specialized security and regulatory demands inherent in government and mission-critical markets.
Proithis joins with a focus on telecommunications and AI, while Boudreaux-Dehmer, the former CIO and CISO of NATO, offers guidance on geopolitical risk and digital resilience. Ferri contributes deep experience in contract manufacturing and robotics, and Best provides a background in defense-sector diplomacy. This leadership expansion precedes the company’s planned exhibition at NATO Edge this November, where Telit Cinterion intends to showcase its pivot toward secure, domestically manufactured hardware and Edge AI technologies.
