The integration follows Clorox’s acquisition of GOJO earlier this year, aiming to simplify supply chains and service models for commercial clients. By merging portfolios that include brands like Pine-Sol, Glad, and Purell, the company intends to offer a comprehensive suite of products for surface and skin hygiene. The new business structure coordinates sales and distribution across multiple hubs, with its primary headquarters in Akron and additional offices in Pleasanton, California, and Toronto.
Carey Jaros, President of Clorox Purell, stated that the organization is focused on evidence-based innovation to combat the spread of pathogens in public and clinical spaces. The platform leverages a unified sales force designed to help facilities improve operational efficiency while maintaining strict health standards. Beyond the core operational shift, the company emphasizes a long-term commitment to public health, positioning its combined supply chain as a critical asset for businesses managing the hygiene needs of patients, employees, and guests.
