Inox Solar Americas Phases Out Boviet Solar Brand in U.S. Integration

Greenville, North Carolina, will serve as the hub for a strategic rebranding effort as Inox Solar Americas absorbs the Boviet Solar identity. Following the acquisition of local manufacturing assets earlier this year, the company is consolidating its digital footprint to streamline operations for its U.S. residential and utility-scale clients.

The transition process will unfold in stages, encompassing social media channels, technical documentation, and marketing materials. During this period, stakeholders may encounter both brand names as the company updates its customer-facing interfaces. Inox Solar Americas emphasized that this shift is designed to maintain service continuity, ensuring that existing warranty and technical support inquiries remain uninterrupted. Clients seeking assistance can continue to route requests through the company’s dedicated portal, where they will be managed by the global support team.

This rebranding marks a critical milestone in the integration of Boviet Solar’s domestic operations into the broader Inox Solar Americas portfolio. The Greenville facility remains central to this strategy, housing 3.0 GW of annual PV module manufacturing capacity. With an additional 3.0 GW of cell production capacity slated to come online in 2027, the company aims to bolster domestic supply chains under the unified Inox Solar Americas banner. The firm operates as part of the India-based INOXGFL Group, leveraging its parent company's resources to scale its footprint in the American renewable energy market.
