Her career includes a decade in senior in-house counsel roles at the New York Stock Exchange, Knight Capital Americas, and Rodman & Renshaw. She also established an advisory firm focused on capital markets for Fortune 500 companies and investment institutions.

Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum noted that Sandler’s multidimensional background in compliance and business leadership aligns with the firm’s strategy to scale its investment management capabilities. Beyond her leadership roles on Long Island, she intends to work from the firm’s West Palm Beach office, leveraging her admission to the Florida Bar to strengthen the firm’s service footprint in the region’s growing financial sector. Her practice covers fund formation, M&A, and private equity, with a focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams for complex regulatory matters.
