CEO Lucian Boldea frames the company’s current trajectory as an intersection of engineering expertise and environmental stewardship. The firm reports a 21-fold increase in renewable energy usage over the past seven years, supported by a $13 million capital injection since 2023 specifically aimed at energy efficiency upgrades. Beyond power consumption, the company reported an 86% landfill diversion rate for waste and a 41% reduction in total waste generation compared to its 2018 baseline.
Internal safety and workforce development remain core components of the report. Employees contributed nearly 7,000 safety observations through the company’s "Good Catch!" program, while the firm scaled its global TRADE apprenticeship initiative to bolster STEM pipelines. These initiatives support the company’s broader motion technology portfolio, which includes aerospace bearings and automated lubrication systems designed to extend equipment uptime and reduce energy consumption for end-users.
