While the company already maintains a strong presence in the region through window cleaning, waterproofing, and restoration, the addition of full-scale roofing services—ranging from routine repairs to comprehensive restoration—allows the group to act as a single-source provider for building envelope care.

Mark Mai will oversee the new roofing operations as the local Market Leader. The rollout centers on the company’s ProXpress team, which focuses on preventative maintenance and rapid response repairs. According to CEO Eric Crabb, the move was a logical progression, utilizing established client relationships to introduce critical asset management tools. Customers in the district will now have access to tiered maintenance programs—Essential, Enhanced, and Complete—designed to extend the longevity of roofing systems through proactive inspection and timely intervention.
