The acquisition combines HumanTronik’s research-driven AI platform with CloudMoyo’s decade-long track record in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and Icertis Contract Intelligence. While financial terms remain undisclosed, CloudMoyo will retain its brand identity and continue supporting its existing client base, which includes major industry players such as Expeditors, GMXT/Ferromex, and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. By embedding CloudMoyo’s forward-deployed delivery teams into its operations, HumanTronik intends to move beyond simple automation toward what it describes as Service as Software.

Monish Darda, co-founder and CEO of HumanTronik, noted that the integration of CloudMoyo’s engineering depth provides the necessary infrastructure to build autonomous enterprises at scale. For his part, CloudMoyo CEO Manish Kedia emphasized that the partnership addresses a critical shift in the market, moving client focus from the theoretical capabilities of AI to the realization of measurable business outcomes. The unified entity now operates across San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore, and Pune, positioning its engineers and AI researchers to work directly within client environments.
