The firm is scrutinizing the $95.00-per-share cash sale of Atkore Inc. to Prysmian S.p.A. and the acquisition of LXP Industrial Trust by Brookfield Asset Management and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for $61.20 per share. Additionally, the merger involving Colony Bankcorp and First Reliance Bancshares, alongside the $17.37-per-share sale of Luxfer Holdings to affiliates of Wynnchurch Capital, are under review.

Legal representatives suggest these transactions may contain restrictive terms that stifle superior competing offers or provide insiders with disproportionate financial benefits. Halper Sadeh LLC, led by Daniel Sadeh and Zachary Halper, aims to secure increased consideration or further disclosures for those holding equity in these companies. The firm operates on a contingent fee basis, meaning shareholders pursuing these claims face no out-of-pocket legal expenses.
