Titan Fitness Expands into Commercial Equipment Market

Memphis-based Titan Fitness is pivoting toward professional-grade installations, launching a dedicated division to supply strength equipment to schools, gyms, and athletic facilities. The expansion aims to disrupt the institutional fitness market by applying the brand's direct-to-consumer pricing model to high-traffic commercial environments.

The new commercial lineup features heavy-duty plate-loaded machines, selectorized strength stations, and specialized storage solutions, all constructed with steel frames backed by a 10-year warranty. Titan Brands CEO Austin Speck noted that the initiative addresses a specific gap in the industry: the perceived trade-off between equipment durability and operational affordability for gym owners.

Beyond hardware, the company has established a specialized team to assist facility operators with layout design and equipment selection. By leveraging its existing logistics network and reputation for high-volume consumer sales, Titan aims to compete for contracts across a diverse range of clients, including government facilities, hotels, and university athletic departments. Interested operators can access the new catalog and consultation services directly through the company's dedicated commercial portal.
