Stockey brings seven years of experience in healthcare investment banking to the Shreveport-based company. During his previous tenure, he managed over 15 closed transactions, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and capital formation within the diagnostics and life sciences sectors. In his new role, he will oversee commercialization efforts, contracting, and the execution of programs that allow independent pathology practices to collaborate on large-scale industry projects.

Dr. Sam Caughron, who founded the network in 2025 alongside Dr. Eric F. Glassy and Dr. Vivek K. Khare, emphasized that Stockey’s mandate is to transform clinical standards into investable programs. The model aims to provide pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies with a unified partner while ensuring member practices retain their operational independence. Stockey and the leadership team are scheduled to discuss these initiatives at the upcoming CAP26 conference at the Wynn Las Vegas, running from October 3–6.
