The anniversary initiative, titled "30 Years, Caring Together," shifts focus toward the partnerships that have expanded regional health services since the plan's inception. Chief Executive Officer Jarrod McNaughton noted that the organization’s original goal to localize healthcare access has evolved into a trust-based relationship with one-third of the Inland Empire’s population. The program highlights the transition from 650 initial providers to a current network exceeding 10,000 professionals.

Central to the celebration is the "30 for 30 Challenge," a wellness drive encouraging residents to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity five days a week throughout October and November. These efforts will be supported by IEHP’s Community Wellness Centers in Riverside, Victorville, and San Bernardino. Chief Operating Officer Susie White described the milestone as an opportunity to reinforce the plan's commitment to neighborhood-based resources, such as vaccination clinics and telehealth, which have become staples of their service model. As the organization looks toward future operations, it remains one of the five largest Medicaid health plans in the United States, maintaining its focus on serving those most affected by health inequities.
