FirstEnergy Declares Quarterly Dividend of 46.5 Cents

FirstEnergy Corp. shareholders are set to receive a quarterly dividend payment of 46.5 cents per share. The company’s board of directors confirmed the payout this week, establishing a firm timeline for investors as the utility provider manages one of the largest electric systems in the United States.

The dividend is scheduled for distribution on December 1, 2026. Investors who hold common stock as of the close of business on November 6, 2026, will be eligible for the payment.

Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, FirstEnergy maintains a sprawling infrastructure that supports more than 6 million customers across six states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia. The company currently manages roughly 24,000 miles of transmission lines connecting the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
